About
Imagine someone suddenly grabs you. Would you know what to do next?
If your honest answer is “I am not sure,” you are exactly who this class is for. You do not need experience, a certain fitness level, or perfect reflexes. You just need a place to start.
Join Foxy Defense and Protection for a hands-on women’s self defense class where you will practice recognizing potential danger, creating space, and responding with purpose. We will work through practical skills in a supportive environment so you can leave with more confidence in what YOU can do.
